Register entry

PatMate is currently operated by a private individual and is not registered with a commercial register. There is no company number, no VAT identification number, and no entry in the Serbian Agency for Business Registers (APR). The service is offered free of charge during the closed-beta period.

Supervisory authority (data protection)

Republic of Serbia — Poverenik za informacije od javnog značaja i zaštitu podataka o ličnosti (Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection), poverenik.rs. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence.

Online dispute resolution (EU)

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The operator is not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
